COVID-19 Latest News February 2021 - the Hall has been closed during the latest lockdown but from May 17th is available for regular user groups to return. We are currently unable to take bookings for private parties or functions such as wedding receptions under the Government restrictions but will update this page when the restrictions are eased.
The Hall has regular bookings from our user groups and we welcome new users who would like a regular weekly or monthly session in the main hall or the Olde Hanney Room. We also host occasional bookings such as children's parties, business meetings, charity events and concerts, drama group productions, school plays, wedding receptions and family parties.
If you would like to book our Hall, please look at out calendar on this website to check availability and then download the appropriate booking form. Then fill it in and return it by post or by hand to the external letterbox in the Hall entrance porch.
There are two booking forms; the Standard Terms and Conditions Frequent Use document for regular bookings and the Standard Terms and Conditions Occasional Use document for a single event. After checking our calendar for date availability, download the appropriate document from the link below, fill in the booking form section and return it to the Hall by post or by hand to the Hall external letterbox in the entrance porch. There is usually a deposit required for occasional bookings.
